- iStrata complexes with swimming pools in the ACT are subject to the pool safety barrier compliance requirements
- iThe owners corporation (body corporate) is responsible for obtaining the compliance status certificate
- iIndividual lot owners can check certificate status through the relevant register
- ✓We carry out strata pool safety barrier inspections and can manage the full compliance process for body corporates
